The building has frontage on the corner of Montgomery Village Avenue and Russell Avenue, permitting excellent vehicular access from I-270, I-370, the Inter County Connector (ICC) and Route 355, making it a desirable corporate headquarters location. The property includes 440 surface parking spaces.
The area of Gaithersburg is home to a strong and diverse tenant base, including IBM, Human Genome Sciences, Lockheed Martin, Medimmune, Hughes Network Systems and Kaiser Permanente.
